View/Filter Shifts

Step 1: Select the shift list that you would like to view. You can use these steps to view or filter Unpublished, Published, Assigned, Ongoing, or Past shifts.

You can filter shifts by date, time (earliest-latest), price (most-least or a specific range), restaurant location, or department. You can also use the search bar to type in something specific.

Step 2: Set any filters you would like to use.

Time/Amount: Shifts will always display from earliest to latest start time. Click this icon to instead view the highest paid shifts first. You can switch back and forth.

All other filter options: Price range, restaurant, location (for restaurants with multiple stores), and department (for restaurants with multiple stations/departments).

Step 3: You can now view the list of shifts. Remember to click Reset Filters when beginning a new search.

“I have searched and filtered but still don’t see any shifts. What am I doing wrong?”

  • First, make sure you are on the correct shift list- e.g. Published instead of Unpublished. Then, you can verify that your account has the correct restaurant and location(s) assigned. You will only be able to view and manage shifts for restaurants that you are assigned to. There are two ways to check your assigned restaurants:

1. Click on the profile icon and select “My Profile.” Your restaurant assignment(s) will be listed there.

2. Click on Restaurants in the main menu, then select Locations.

  • If your restaurant is correctly assigned, attempt to refresh the page. Also clear/reset any previously selected filters. If this doesn’t work, contact us for help.
  • If it is not assigned, you will need to request to add a new location (see: Restaurant Locations). If your account had previously been assigned and was working until recently, please contact us immediately so our app engineers can resolve the issue.

If you see this image on a selected date:


  • There may not be any available shifts for the selected date. Select a different day, or check your filters. You may have to refresh to clear your previously selected filters. 

If previously selected filters won’t clear after you have refreshed the page...

  • You can try logging out completely then logging back in. If that doesn’t work, you can do a “hard refresh” of the browser page by pressing and holding CTRL+F5 or CTRL+SHIFT+R at the same time. For mobile, close out and restart the app.
  • If the above steps don’t work, please submit a support ticket or contact us in the app chat.
