Login Issues

Step 1: Determine which issue you are experiencing when attempting to login to your account:


A) A "loop" that continuously brings you back to the login page, despite putting in the correct email and password. OR it only allows you to select "Log in with Google" but brings you back to the main login page each time you click.

B) Incorrect username or password

C) Not receiving the 6-digit verification code




Step 2: Proceed to "Troubleshooting" below.


“I am having trouble logging in to the website that I need to complete my onboarding paperwork through. What should I do?"

  • Please send us a support ticket describing the issue you are encountering, with as much detail as possible. If you can, please include screenshots and we will do our best to assist you. However, login issues with any third party platform or website may require assistance through their customer support services.


"Can I access the training portal if I can't log into my Zenu account?"

  • Yes, our training portal is hosted on a third party site. If you have any login or registration issues there, please send us a support ticket.


A) Login "loop"

  • Clear your cache & cookies, and then do a hard refresh of your browser [RELATED ARTICLE]. Make sure you select the "Login with email" option instead of "Login with Google," unless you registered with your Google account using the same exact password.  
  • You can also attempt to log in using an incognito browser window. [If using Chrome- click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the browser page. Select "New Incognito Window." Or, you can press and hold CTRL+SHIFT+N]
  • If these solutions do not work...please submit a support ticket. Our tech team may have to reset your account.

This is a known issue that we are working diligently to stop from occurring! 



B) Incorrect username or password

  • Please double check that you are using the correct email address as your username
  • If you have forgotten your password, select “Trouble Signing In” on the login screen. Bite Ninja will email you a link to reset your password. You may have to check your spam or junk mail folder to find the email.
  • If you are still unable to log in, please submit a support ticket. We can set a temporary password for you if needed.



C) Not receiving the verification code for 2FA

  • Please submit a support ticket.
