Change or Reset Your Password

Step 1: Sign in to your Bite Ninja account using your current password at https://app.biteninja.com. 

If you have forgotten your password, select “Trouble Signing In” and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Step 2: Once logged in, click on the “person” icon on the top right corner of your screen. A drop down menu will appear below it:

Select “Change Password”

Step 3: Enter a new password, then re-enter to verify.

Passwords must contain at least one letter and one number, with a minimum of 8 total characters.

Step 4: IMPORTANT! Click “Save” when you are finished. 

You can now attempt to log in with your new password.

“What if I can’t remember my password?”

• If you have forgotten your password, select “Trouble Signing In” on the login screen. Bite Ninja will email you a link to reset your password. You may have to check your spam or junk mail folder to find the email.

“What should I do if I get a new email address or don’t have access to the email I used to register?”

• You will have to contact Bite Ninja Support to change your email address. Please submit a support ticket using the link above, or email support@biteninja.com for help with changing the email address associated with your account.

If you are unable to log in with the correct email and password...

• Check the spelling of the email address. Also check to make sure caps lock is not on, as passwords are case sensitive. 
• If you are still having trouble logging in but are sure you have the correct email and password, you can submit a support ticket.

If you are unable to click “Save” when creating a new password...

• Make sure both passwords match. You can click on the “eye” symbol in each field to temporarily view the passwords. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.
