View/edit your profile:
Step 1: Log in to your profile at app.biteninja.com. In the top right corner, click on the “person” icon. In the dropdown menu, select Profile.
Step 2: To edit your profile, click on the orange Edit button at the top. You can also change your notification preferences here:
Step 3: Make changes to your profile. You can edit your name and contact information, and add a profile picture:
Be sure to click Save when you are finished.
View your assigned restaurants:
Step 1: Click on Restaurants in the navigation menu, then select Locations:
Step 2: You will be able to view a list of your assigned restaurants. If your location is not listed, click on this button to request an addition:
Most in-store restaurant managers will only have one location assigned to them, unless they work at multiple locations. Owners and district/regional managers will be assigned to all of their restaurant locations.
You will only be able to view, create, and publish shifts for restaurant locations that your account is assigned to.

If you are unable to view or create shifts for a particular restaurant location:
- Follow the steps above to view your assigned restaurants. You can also view them by clicking on your profile, though you won’t be able to request to add a new location through your profile page.
If the correct restaurant and location(s) are assigned to you, but you are still having trouble managing shifts…
- First, check to see if you have any filters set. Clear the filters, then reload the page. If that doesn’t solve the problem, please reach out to HQ in the app or submit a support ticket.
